Administrative Assistant

Are
you good with people? The Administrative Assistant is
usually the first person clients have contact with at Keller
Williams® Realty. They must be upbeat and service oriented!
This is not an entry level position.
The
Key to the Office
This
person is often the first person clients have contact with
at Keller Williams® Realty, therefore a friendly
professional manner is a must. This position requires
competence with computers, faxes, email, multiple line phone
system, and the Internet. Strong organizational abilities are
critical in keeping the office run smoothly.

Responsible, dependable and trustworthy. Consistent, follows

Skills: Communication, organization, good problem

Experience: Administrative and/or secretarial
assistant to sales or business executives. Significant
computer training and/or experience. Real Estate License is
an advantage but not required. Experience as an agent’s
assistant, mortgage processor or legal assistant beneficial

listing a property.

buyer leads as part of a Mega Agent team.
This
position is responsible for following up with the leads they
receive and prospecting for Buyers. A Buyer Specialist must
research properties on the MLS systems, preview properties,
show properties to qualified clients, and help them evaluate
and compare homes. This person is also responsible for
writing up, presenting, and negotiating offers. In this
position you must schedule and attend training sessions.
